just heard your music tonight , by accident pressed a key on keyboard and up you came ,i could have gone on to somewhere else ,must have been meant to be and now like all the new mmmmmmmmmusic i encounter in my exploration of the typing box i find you.ha is so strange this new form of the speakings of tongues,my young master has taught me well i shall communicate the finding of your truly amazing sounds and lyrical truths ! l o l, i did learn that one from my grandson. catweasel

I understand the comment below - it does seem a bit thin compared to the full sound of a band such as Porcupine Tree (sick of the comparisons to them yet?) but it does still sound good to me

@madviolentchicken guess the youtube compressed track does sound thinner than the full CD version. No surprise there then :o)
Am I sick of the comparisons? Nah not really I'm just one guy and its great that people even discuss me in the same breath...

Sounds fantastic, Paul! I have one question, though: Is this song in 7/4 time? It kind of sounds like it.

@W3R3W00F not sure.... 7/4 or 7/8. Its just a signature I'm comfortable writing in... I also like 4/4, 3/4 and 5/4 but one new track I'm working on counts 11... not sure what the bottom number should be? 11/16?

Just discovered your music and I am blown away! Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree took years and many albums to get to where you seem to be with your debut. Thank you so much for this music and please keep doing what you're doing. Can't wait to hear more... I keep asking myself, "Is this REALLY this good????" And it keeps getting better... Namaste.
