@liam13coins Uh, who PROSECUTES? Uh, why do you let a bench sitter practice law from the bench? Did you object? Did you disqualify the robe for bias? There's NO WITNESS and NO PROSECUTOR and you let the judge get away with that? You don't need an ATTORNEY, you NEED TO LOCATE THE DAMN RULES AND READ THEM!

I'm not an attorney and don't feel like being accused of practicing law without a license, ok?! At least I showed you where to look. At least I provided LOTS of sources for you to review. What about what you see don't you understand?

Under what authority and by what means are you required to adhere to their "statutes" ?
We are governed only by the consent of the goverened, right ?
Do we not contract with them whenever we receive a government benefit or apply for regulated rights they turn into privilages ?
Rescind, remove, and revoke all contracts, consent, correct their presumptions, then start living free.
You can be a free flesh and blood sovereign man or woman supreme in authority over your persons and property.

for the 1st minute and a half i thought he was holding a tiny little pamphlet the he turns it and it's fucking war and peace
I don't know about California but in FL on a ticket right above where they want you to sign as "violator" it says "I agree and promise to comply and answer to the charges and instructions specified in this citation. Willful refusal to accept the citation may result in arrest. I understand my signature is not an admission of guilt or waiver of rights."
Needless to say I have not signed any tickets since I read that as I am not a "violator" and do not agree to those terms.

@teckniec2 The "NOTICE" IS NOT A COMPLAINT! It's TECHNICALLY a contract. NO COP can prepare and SERVE a complaint out on the street. The DA and City Attorney prosecute on behalf of the people. Only AN ATTORNEY can prepare an file a complaint on behalf of the people. Check the rules of CONTRACTS for your state.

@drivingiscommerce you are 100% correct; traffic tickets are adhesion contracts. An officer cannot compel you to sign the ticket, not ever. If he threatens to arrest you you can then sign the ticket with a qualifiter, ie, "Under Duress and Coercion, vie et armis" --"by force and arms"
bonzelite 1 month ago
@bonzelite Done that: UD, NON-ASSUMPSIT (Under Duress - I DO NOT PROMISE). The fact is that the NOTICE TO APPEAR IS NOT A COMPLAINT. IT CAN NOT BE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE ONLY THE DA OR CITY ATTORNEY CAN PREFER CHARGES. The cop is merely the State's WITNESS, nothing more!
