The opening of your presentation is the most important part. Period.

Because, if you don't connect with your audience off the top, there's no point going on. Your audience judges you quickly from the moment you open your mouth, even get on stage. You have to get to the point quickly and to be persuasive, there's a formula that will make you successful every time.

This is the structure for the opening a persuasive presentation. You don't necessarily have to stick to it rigidly but it's a good idea to follow the logic in terms of how you present your argument.
