Make iPhone Contacts And Photos Into App Icons - iOS Vlog 213

SBPhotoDial is a very very useful free tweak from Cydia. What it allows you to do is make contacts into app icons for your homescreen so you can one-tap call....well two taps actually, but you get the picture.

The app itself is really easy to use when you open it you have 3 steps. Step 1, you can choose a contact from your contact list that you wish to add, if not, skip to Step 2. In Step 2 you can add a name for the app icon(name you want displayed under the app), add a number, and add a photo. All pretty straightforward all the way to Step 3 you can create the icon.

The icon should appear on your homescreen within a few seconds, then you are ready to roll. go ahead, try it out, tap away!

@kelvin826 what you do is go to winterboard, or install it if you havent already, and click on the one that says no shadows iblank and respring and there you go

I have a question for you that has been really bugging me. Maybe you can help. I've looked through Cydia and the Apple store and I can't find any solutions for this. I want to do exactly what you did in the video (have my contacts as icons) but I want to be able to click and have the option to also **bring up a text message** with that contact. Seems like a simple thing, but I do not know how to do this.

i have installed the iblank and created some blank icons.

However, there are shadow behind. May i know how to clear those shadow as your demo shown?
