  • @StopTheRobbery The problem with your points is that we aren't designed as a species to digest animal products. They are extremely acidic and are the lowest foods on the nutrition scale. We thrive on an alkaline high nutrient diet. Animal products are the opposite of this. Dead meat that has been cooked is poison to the body. Dairy and eggs is no better and it makes no sense to consume them either. Humans are 95% similar to herbivores and have no similarities with carnivorous scavengers.

    This is exactly why I say what I say, because I went vegan before.

    I lost 25 lbs and became fragile, weak, and my teeth became soft and sensitive which points to lack of bone density and mineral deficiency in not just the teeth but the rest of the body.

    If somebody goes vegan they will feel better at first because it does a GREAT job at detoxifying the body. I'm glad I tried it! It cleared my head, made me feel so good. But my body's cry for animal food I could not ignore.

  • @StopTheRobbery interesting things you say.but have you heard of seeing is believing? well try trying is believing go vegan & i promise you will feel better, respect people even more & avoid deceases.& i know you just cant let go to your animal consumption it happen to me too but here i am feeling better everyday.remember humans have elongated digestive tracks not animals

    I like what Brian Clement says, except the vegan concepts.

    It's absolutely ridiculous... nature is a cycle!

    1. Plants grow from nutrients in the soil

    2. Animals, who can digest cellulose, turn plants into protein and fat, our two most important nutrients.

    3. Humans eat animals.

    4. Soil eats humans

    And the cycle continues!

    This is life, we nurture the animals in exchange for sustenance.

    We need to realize this and live within the cycle to survive.

  • @StopTheRobbery ok i dont know who to believe now. you which tell me to consume animal products or dr.brian who says to avoid them even grass fed meats.unless im in the wilderness and see a buffalo because now the animal will be packed with nutrients.

    Wheat (and all carbs) are one of the primary causes of all disease.

    Stick with fresh raw and cooked vegetables and grass-fed meats & animal products and you will never be sick again!
