try 3ds max cloth ;) (and add the ball as a impact object)

Its not a good idea,don't use max cloth for this,this is done by maxscript but there are some plugins out there , search them on google and you will find.

yeah i wan to ask that if i want to make a foot print on the snow what should i do ~ i got a snow flow 1.8 plugin ~ after i use it ~ its come out a nice snow but then how m i going to make some foot print on it ~ please guide me ~ =) thx ~
