Dammit I forgot to check the settings on the video resolution again!!! Sorry the quality is crappy guys, but you still get the idea. All a basic starter home really needs is:
Toilet
Shower
Fridge
Range
2 counters
Kitchen sink
Thats how to make it cost efficient and basic needs filling other than sleep, but don't put a bed in unless your sure what kind of bed you need: Double or Single.
When you're starting out building homes in Sims 2, Small and compact or you'll be smacked!!! The more skill you gain, the bigger and bigger you can make your houses without them looking like crap, it takes a very long time though, and LEARN from your failures!!! Why does the house look crappy? Note why it looks crappy and don't make those mistakes next time!
