Bondo work best when used in the least ammount possible. Always slice out rusty metal and straighten it as best you can.

Evercoats glazing putty can be applied directly to bare metal,body filler,fiberglass and fully cured sanded top coats.Try a can,Its great stuff,will save you time and money.
