useful tip! straight to the point...nice one...becoz after atw we nid to jump for the crossover...so the not so high atw might ease the jumping.

well if you can do a crossover with your right and you can do part of an ATW with your right as well, then problem solved! Since you don't exactly have to master the ATW, you can go with the foot that is better at crossover. That is what I think

helped me a lot but i am left footed, i do atw with my left buy i do my crossovers with right coz i m used to it so i m finding it a bit hard to do cross overs with my left
