Pat Cashman helps Food Lifeline spread the news about the 19th annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive with the National Association of Letter Carriers.
On Saturday, May 14th letter carriers in your neighborhood will be gathering non-perishable food donations for Food Lifeline along their mail routes. It's the nation's largest, one-day effort to help end hunger. Keep an eye out for a blue bag to be delivered to your mailbox prior to the drive, and on May 14th, fill it with food and put it by your mailbox. Your letter carrier will then deliver it to Food Lifeline to distribute to a local food bank.
