Judy Collins suns this traditional nativity ballad, thought to date back to the 15th century. The story tells of the fetus Jesus performing a miracle by lowering the bow of a cherry tree so that Mary can reach and pick the fruit. This clip comes from a 1996 performance at the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, available on DVD titled "Judy Collins - Christmas at the Biltmore Estate." spectacular!  She does the best version of any singer. Did you know that this story has its roots in an apocryphal gospel from the 2nd century. In that story, Joseph and Mary were in an oasis, walking under fig trees. The British took that ancient tale and changed the fruit to one they were more familiar with. Pretty cool.

@OL8Twho I am not aware that I told you there was no God, its nothing more than a superconsiousness which only started for the most part the laws of physics and maybe a certain matrix or template and the rest follows the template according to the laws of physics on a autonomous way. To those who think Christians are deluded and foolish: If I die, and there is no God, and no after life, I will die having lived my life to the best of my ability, having harmed no one, and hopefully helped a few. I will have no regrets.  But if YOU die, and there IS a God, and an afterlife, then YOU will be very sad that you rejected Him who loved you and gave His life for you. You will miss out on forever!
