I was expecting a description on how to connect wires to a source of power (either the breaker box or an active outlet) and around the room. This videio demonstrates neither.

So to recap...

This is how you wire a garage... call an electrician to put you some of them there double breakers in, then after he leaves run some shitty looking PVC on the wall. Make sure not to put in the required GFI protection, go with the cheap ol' regular receptacle . And don't bother buying those professional looking industrial covers, just get a mud ring and a single gang plate.

You should have considered actually giving information about how "To Wire A Garage" instead of how to hire someone to wire a garage. How to wire a garage (in my opinion) should give information about figuring someones breaker demands for equipment, then the wire sizing for demand in relation to breaker sizing. Then it would be nice to see how to install the breakers and wiring and outlets. (your next post should be: "How to hire someone to satisfy a wife."
