Hello!

Welcome to Strasburg, Illinois! A great place to live, raise a family, work and visit! There are many exciting things going on in Strasburg, such as a new Marathon Convenience Store called The Strasburg Short Stop, a 24-hour fitness center called, Kessler's The Gym and soon to come is a new Subdivision called York's Acres.

Strasburg is also a recipient of a 2009 Governor's Home Town Award! For those of you who have never been here before, or for those of you who carry Strasburg in your hearts, here is a tribute to the village, created by me, Lisa Shumard-Shelton. Thanks to everyone who let me barrow photos. The book "125 Strasburg stories and then some...." was also used for some text and photos.
