2008 RNC : Protester arrested for "falling" off his bike

We were walking up Sibley Street during the Republican National Convention (9-01-08 1:36pm) and managed to capture what I believe to be a Anti-War march on camera. What came next was a little shocking, but ended peacefully.

to hell with that. i'm a handfull for even a couple of cops.
and that's when they arrested me for a perfectly ligitimate reason.
If they tried to arrest me because I fell off my bike, instead of help me get up.
