Countries that commit crimes against humanity hide what they are doing. What goes on is the opposite of what the country shows to the world. Such as Hitler's final solution, the Armenian genocide, Stalin's mass murder. All of these weren't shouted to the world by those perpetrating the crimes nor did the victims have a voice.
