Listen carefully, you can hear Dr. Kliener and Alyx and maybe Breen or Mossman. The file name is dinosaur_noise.wav , I cleaned it up and messed with it a lot in Soundbooth.

Get down from there. I definitely heard that but at the same time, it's already been stated that Portal and HL2 are in the same world. During the song Still Alive, GLaDOS talks about Black Mesa and there's a part at the end when you're fighting her where she's talking about something going on up on the surface which can only mean one thing... Combine sweeping to find Gordon and Alyx.

@GreivingSoul yeh I know its related from the presentation slides, Borealis ect. These voices are creepy though and you cant hear them in game from all background noise.

You Know When You're Turning The Dial On A Radio Kinda Fast? You Hear A Collection Of Voices From Other Am's Or Fm's. That's Generally What This Is.

Although, It Is Interesting That You Hear Half Life's Voices.

@Rcrby525 Well I definitely know that in HL2, Judith is showing a transmission and doing a video about a discovery then was attacked by the Combine. It's entirely possible that she's sending out the distress signals herself (thus linking to Portal) and in E3, Gordan and Alyx will find similar if not the same distress signals. It's sad that Eli died though -.- He was an awesome character.
