I remember buying the Tightwad Gazette for my brother and SIL as a wedding gift. They didn't get it. But I actually was given the book back in two years.
I was 22, pretty broke, and willing to take whatever steps needed to achieve my freedom. It was one of the many things that changed my life for the better and I'm glad to see Amy is doing well.
