best machine on the market. all those experts who think machine workout are useless are just idiots. some of the biggest guys I know use this machine exclusively!

What...the... Get the BodyCraft F430 Power Rack instead. Smith machines (and apparently Jones Machines) are a waste of money. POWER RACK - remember it. Lift barbells and dumbbells and STAY AWAY FROM "MACHINES."

You can't go wrong with it. Just make sure the Smith you buy says "olympic bar." Other bars will merely weigh 15 lbs.
