[[Later; With Joe]]
The scene is playing in slow motion. Everything was muted except for the flasbacks and the voices in my head echoing. "I'm sorry." "Daddy." "I love you, Joseph." "Daddy, don't go." The blood from my forehead prickles down my face. My eyes finally close and my hand slides down from the steering wheel.
(Yes, he crashed his car.)

[[Meanwhile]]
(Nick)
I was patting Danika's back, trying to put her to sleep. She's been crying eversince Joe left. I myself, was about to drift off when the machine beside Demi's bed goes crazy. Seconds, later doctors and nurses burst through the door. The last thing I saw of Demi was her upper body rising into a gasp.

[[Meanwhile]]
Butterflies fly around my stomach as I realize I'm in a different sceneray. No more blood. No more cars. No more pain. I appear in a dark room. Pitch black. That is until, a slight glow appears infront of me. I stare at it for a moment in amazement. It expands and a figure forms. Demi. She stands there, glowing as she smiled at me. "Demi?" She reaches her hand to me and seeing her to be fine and healthy brings tears to my eyes. Her soft fingers brush on my face and I finally take her hand. On the same second, the room lights up. I look around seeing the beauty of nature. A river. Flowers blooming. A smiling Demi in a beautiful white dress. I look down at myself, seeing that I was in different clothes. White. I look up at her and she smiles again.

[[Meanwhile]]
(Nick)
"Daddy!" I turn around and see Danika panting. I walk over and hug her. "What's wrong?" Then, the room goes silent. I turn again and see a doctor shake his head. "I'm sorry.. She's gone."

[[With Joe&Demi]]
I stare at her and she brings me in her arms. "Joseph, we're not aloud to cry here."
My face sinks into her shoulder and I break down into her arms. We're finally together. Then there's a flash of light. I find myself in a passionate kiss with Demi. She pulls away from me and smiles.
"There are nine thousand, nine hundred ninety-nine stars here.
I look up and see stars in the night sky. We were on a blanket. Her hand cups my chin and I look at her as she lifts it up.
"Your the one millionth star.."
I grin back at her.
"I love you.. "
