Have a HAARPIE DAY. Everything is in reverse now. Usually you would see a rainbow or the likes after a thunderstorm or other violent weather. Now we get a rainbow and then comes the storm. Fuck all the assholes that call this a Circum(arc) if so it would seem like there an every day occurrence any more.

It is not plasma, magnetometers, ion blasters, earthquake guns, kryptonite, canadians, or any of the other ridiculous explanations you all are throwing around. It is called a Circumhorizontal Arc, and a mighty fine example of one at that. If it has anything to do with the earthquake than it is an interesting prelude to an otherwise UNRELATED natural disaster. Science, it fkn works bitches!
