I am pleased to hear things are forging ahead well done mr hemmings.These miscarriages of justice to familys must be stopped. I also feel that families who have been found not guilty of child abuse but their children have been adopted. the children should be returned to their natural parents where they belong. They have the right to to have their children back it seems to me they are given to new homes like a pet animal would be

The Secret Family Courts are corrupt and most of the so-called Judges

want sacking or better still put in prison, for what they have inflicted on many thousands of families.

Children are being ripped apart from loving families that want them, it is EVIL & WICKED

all of those involved from the social workers/cafcass.coram/LA legal team /foster care/secret courts/judges are only in it for the money !

If the family courts are discussing you, then you should have an automatic right of access.

How can you be slandered in a court, and not be allowed in to defend yourself?

The courts take the slander as given, and factual, when you could prove otherwise.

But aren't allowed to enter the court!!

The Ministry of Injustice are running a sham court system.

When will all the other MP's who are after all Public Servants stand up and be counted?

They know what is happening but 'turn the other cheek' maybe we should all start turning to alternative parties until they make these corrupt so called 'professionals' accountable .

Well done John , may be just maybe now the public will listen to you if not to us. I wish I had never worked with the social workers or the courts. I wasted thousands of £ .If they come for your children ,my advise would be" take them ".It is all about the amount of £'s they can claim , The money for cases does not exist before the case is live.

The state can claim the money and the longer it runs the bigger the risk of harm 2 the child of being abused in care.5* is not enough.
