Imagine Cup 2009 Round 2 Submission.

Theme: "Imagine a world where technology helps solve the toughest problems facing us today"

Our story:
In an era characterized by extreme physical mobility and a light-speed evolution of technology, we have considered the possibility of offering those immobilized, e.g. due to old age and/or illness a new way of moving about in time and space.

By projecting images onto the minds of those confined to the boundaries of their homes or hospital beds, we would like to grant them the experience of a lifetime:
in a matter of seconds technology may take them over mountains and across oceans to the place they have always longed to go - or simply around the corner for a family pic-nic by the lake or in the park.

Anything goes - any place, any time.
