Go to a local Marine Corps recruiting office and ask if you could attend one of their PT's (physical training), compared to that, any workout will feel easy.

you should just start lifting hardcore. I am doing the biggest loser club diet plan and they say strength training should take up 70% of your workout regimen. you have lost a lot of weight if you gain some muscle you will look great!

Weed doesn't kill your metalobalism... or does it ? hmmm .... i smoke weed and work out everday... interesting.
BMI's a horrible way to determine if you're overweight. It doesn't account for lean body mass.
