  • Try to use Polini Belt

    It's will be OK :D

Waiting to unboxing videos hihi :D

  • @boy9871 I stay with stock belt, safer and last long... I heard polini belt is bit too narrow for my burgman...

  • Are the sliders a new mod? How old is the belt?

  • @67kneil I put sliders in a long time ago... let me check the record book...

-installed new belt at 33,497 miles - now 41,613.

-installed 23g sliders at 28,598 miles still in good shape

-installed new clutch shoes at 28,598 miles - need new one now

my first set clutch shoes last 28,598 and my first and second belt last 16k - 17k miles... in video it's third belt

  • hmmm....maybe the belt is not good?! did you try with new one?

  • @BBugiman no idea... I don't have a new one yet... I have first and second belt used in the shed right now.. in this video it looks normal... oh well

  • Are you sure something is wrong with the belt? I am not an expert but, maybe it's acting like that because there's no LOAD on the wheel? If you have a LOAD, then it might not act up?

  • hope your scooter to be better :D

    I love Burgman too :D

  • @oymeit going to order new clutch shoes

  • @AirTimeEh ha that's funny... nope I am not taking it to the dealership... they r wasting my time, take my money away, I don't want them to touch my bike.. I have this bike for four and half years, never took it to dealership... I am only one who work on the bike :)

  • mmmmm. Sounds like my snowmobile a bit :P i think you need a new belt or clutch. You should take it into the dealer.

  • are you going to have to change the clutch?
