  • Couldn't you compare fat grafting to lipomas rather than hair transplants when looking at long term behavior??

  • no, not at all. a lipoma is a benign tumor. a fat graft is a tiny micro graft placed relocated, just like a hair graft.

  • 1. for 1-2 weeks you will look too swollen. most people in sales take 2 weeks off. most people that have no major client interaction, take only a few days off. standard is about 7 days but you still look puffy. generally, you don't feel bad.

    2. most of my patients only stay for 2 to 3 days. since there are no incisions, people don't need to stay for suture removal. if they travel a long distance, they should stay a couple days to rest up before flying.
