@Talisman209 It's up to ME to quiet a child? To get them some water or juice? Are you out of your mind? I just got off of a plane where a toddler was squealing the ENTIRE time. Yes, I will give a flight attendant a BITCH look because isn't it up to the flight attendant to make MY flight an enjoyable one? That's what you say when you welcome us aboard isn't it? Enjoyable is not listening to babies crying or squealing and parents DOING NOTHING about it. Don't like loud adults either BTW.

@ilovesims24ever11 And we avoid Disney like the plague. Nothing but Universal here. Universal is only good if you are of roller coaster height.

@mpope409 I used to fly 2X per week. On a number of occasions I had to listen to someones Chihuahua squelching. Cabin pressures annoy me and my ears. The thing is adults can control emotion.
I do wear headsets when flying (noise canceling) and I don't hear a thing.

@taragruber22 Probably because they have family that don't like to travel or are too old to travel. Or they are going to a specialized childrens hospital and only have the weekend.
I wonder how many parents "correct" a child at home but do not in public for fear some leftist douche is going to call Child Protective Services on them because they dont "correct" properly.

Oh, and about the parents not doing anything to better the situation, did you try TALKING to them? Perhaps asking them politely if there was anything they could do, better yet, if there is anything YOU could do for them, maybe get them some water, some juice, some milk, for their baby. But no, we decide to take the BITCH route instead. Sadly, as a flight attendant, I am more annoyed by passengers without children (and with a stuck up bitch look instead) more than I am by crying babies on planes
