the cop car's do not even look the one's on the original film and what is with the bandit's driving in this vid .
he seems to find it inpossible to stay om the track for a long period .

@Jonfavia nope only a 77' T/A 76 was Different Nose, and The Stripes were on the Car but Much Much Smaller/ Petite, Linear Lines.

Just an FYI:
Some say they used a 76 T/A or two in the movie. A front end swap to the 77 style was done. One thing that makes people really think this is In the shot where the car is sitting by the Texas state line (it's a rear three quarter angle of the car), the wheels look like 76 honeycombs instead of 77 snowflakes. There are a few other things I can't think of off hand that further perpetuate this theory.

@Jonfavia it was a 1977 in the movie not a 76 my mom owns a 76 and the nose is different.

they used mostly 77 trans ams and a few 78s no 76 tas in any smokey and bandit movies
