Trombones aren't bugles, and what's with the upward facing bells? Maybe it's just a North American standard but I always thought bugles had their bells facing front. This looks more like a British style brass band

Yeah Bugle is the name of the town/village. they have a open air band contest every summer for the last million years. A Good day actually.

I could be wrong, but I think Bugle is the name of the town, not a reference to the instruments being played.
