Anna, can you give me the measurements to the filling? Also, I am a little hesitant to try out your recipe because the end result is not what I am so used to seeing! I'm used to seeing a large, high cinnamon dough that is oozing with the cinnamon sugar filling. When you let the cut cinnamon rolls rise for 30 minutes, I didn't notice a big change in volume. Is it supposed to be like that? And also, if i wanted thicker rolls, how long would I bake them for and how long would they need to rise? Th

@RoseLNguyen oh sounds like you are going to town on these...yumm, well, I don't have a precise amount for the filling it's really your preference of how much sugary goodness you like in them. If you cut them bigger I would just let sit longer to rise and maybe 10 more mins on them in the oven, but keep an eye on them, all ovens are different and the rising has to do with where you live and the altitude. I know it sounds weird but baking is a science, and really your experiment..good luck, xoxo

To mix the dough can i just use a hand held electric mixer? Please someone answer!

@kittycats28 I wouldn't use an electric mixer it might over beat it..try just a big bowl, wooden spoon, and your mussels, then kneed it by hand..It's fun that way..xoxo
