mr.mcCORMACK,i just have finished reading the book fatal care that you recommended,it was a scary wake up call,to think these trajic cases are far more common in america is very disturbing.i am truly sorry for your daughter taylor,and the other people in the book,that suffered preventable fates.please keep on fighting!

I read Fatal Care through the eyes of both a nurse and a family member. As I read each story, I could not help but pray for the families who were harmed, the caregivers who participated in the harming, and that I would not find myself in either category. Thank you for sharing your insights and for the effort to make healthcare safer for all.
