1) go to www.twitter.com
2) Enter your Full Name
3) Enter your Username
4) Enter your password
5) Enter your email address
6) Uncheck I want the Inside Scoop
7) Click the Create my Account button.
8) Skip the Interests sign up
9) Skip the Friends import
10) Verify your account by clicking the link in the email that twitter sent.
11) Send your first tweet

Now you can start to follow friends or companies that interest you and even tweet your own interests. And that's it welcome to the twitter.
