Disclaimer: This video has not been posted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. It has been posted by a Muslim belonging to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

Extracted from program Faith Matters, which was aired on Muslim Television Ahmadiyya International in early December, 2009.

This is a partial video response to the video titled "From Ahmadiyya To Islam" posted by user: DaggersOfTruth.

Mr. Shahid Kamal, a self-proclaimed former member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community appeared as a guest on Iqra TV and made many allegations against the community. He maintained that he is in favor of peaceful means of persuasion, and means no offense to anyone, yet expressed support (several times during the show) for the Pakistani mullah decision of 1974 to declare Ahmadis as non-muslims; that decision led to continued violence against Ahmadis in Pakistan (supported by the government). This, he referred to the declaration, "should be kept in mind" throughout the discussion. This is one self-contradiction that Kamal showed during the show.

In his Part 2: (link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OK7Dlj... ), Kamal questions the character of Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani (as) (The Promised Messiah and Mahdi.) One "reason" given by him is that one of The Promised Messiah's books contains the word 'Lanat' (Curse of God) 1,000 times directed at a Christian opponent in India at that time. Huzoor sent 'Lanat' to an opponent of Islam that had written a very provocative book against Muslims that was feared by many to cause anarchy. As a Muslim leader and Prophet of God his duty was to defend Islam against such vicious opponents.

Opponents of Ahmadiyyat such as Kamal wouldn't understand how hurt an Ahmadi Muslim feels when someone insults The Holy Prophet (sa.)

This is our peaceful means of defending Islam is to say: "Lanatullahealalkazebeen" (May Allah's Curse be on the transgressors) to those who are unjust in their opposition.

My message to Kamal: Someone insulted The Holy Prophet (sa) and "to your horror" you found on Alislam.org that Hadhrat Mirza Sahib had defended Islam against that person. Perhaps YOU can remain silent but WE will not. Not only did you remain silent to that ex-Muslim Christian (so called scholar) but you criticized Hadhrat Mirza Sahib for standing up for Islam. Bravo!

By the grace of Allah (The All Mighty), Faith Matters has addressed allegations and InshAllah the viewers will be satisfied with the responses that were provided with great comprehension. Please note that all of the allegations have been addressed in the past and a search, with good intention to find the truth, would lead one to the answers, many of which have been answered by Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad (Khalifatul Masih IV.)

This video addressed the following question:
Why does the Word 'Lanat' (Curse) appear a book of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad?
