For the last few months of my life, I was feeling very depressed because my creative freedom was being taken away from me by a part of my audience who never really cared about me to begin with.

Before the success of Mean Kitty I was a free spirited artist who would love to make videos no matter how crazy, how cute, how funny or even how sad they were. When Mean Kitty hit, my new found audience took over my views and out numbered my other fans. After getting flagged a few times for some edgy yet innocent videos, I decided to censor myself down and do my best to entertain everyone. A lot of my new audience was young and being flagged means they can't watch. So my views went up, the money was coming in and for a time I was feeling alright with it. However, my happiness slowly began to wear off as my videos were beginning to be about made up stories rather than parodies of my real life. I knew that my real life was just too wild to parody.

So I made a video telling my new viewers "I want to be myself again" then about a week later (earlier today) I posted a video called "Peeing On An Electric Fence" which got flagged as inappropriate even though it wasn't. My new audience tried once again to censor me down.

When I get flagged, I don't get paid by YouTube and since I rely on YouTube for my primary income, my life as a self employed independent artist may soon come to an end.

So now is the time for me to cut the cord with some of those easily offended viewers in hopes to start over. At this point, I'd much rather be not getting paid than be unhappy with my art. I'm just going to cross my fingers that I get enough income to keep doing what I'm doing. Even if I have to get a day job again, I'm NOT giving up!

For those of you who are letting me be me... I can't tell you how much I freaking love you! My video were and will once again be TRUE parodies of my real life. The only way to better my videos is to live a happier life!

Fuck yeah! I'm back.
