I'm from a classical musical family and this reminds me of the old musician's joke: "Who do you think you are, Paganini?" No wonder Dad and my uncles had almost godlike respect for his music. All were professional violinists,

There have been rumours about Paganini that he didn't write these songs. He played them before they have been written into notes by his student... Is that true?

the simple piano part gives it humor

played this 3 months ago.... it was quite a tough job, but still, manageable. it just needs rhythmic and intonation accuracy, a relaxed right hand and you being in a good mood!

When Paganini wrote this piece, i think he must have used lots of energy on the violin notes. When he began to write the piano part, he was like "huh.... I'm so tired, lets end this real quick!!!"
