  • @simpsonizer Omg the exact same thing happened to me! twice! i thought i was going to die or something. why does it happen?

  • @literalnoise It can be corrected with specific breathing exercises. Unfortunately most people are charging an arm and a leg for these techniques which is a terrible shame.

  • The Buteyko Method is an effective drug free treatment for asthma. Buteyko Center USA teaches students how to normalize breathing and reduce or even eliminate asthma symptoms. This technique is safe for all ages, visit Buteyko Center USA's website to take a free breathing test and read testimonials written by our clients who have overcome asthma. Contact us to learn more at 1-800-520-3450, breathe gently!

  • @simpsonizer i know exactly what you mean you're not alone.

  • @HorrorAssStab I had a attack too, it is very scary. I was sitting in a restaurant after a nice meal and I felt my heart rate go up through the roof. I started getting lightheaded and and started moaning. It is so painful on the chest and body. Everything becomes surreal ("Someone call the HOSPITAL!!! My heart... It's beating too fast!") I did not want to scare anyone but my hands were getting so numb and tingly. It was so scary. I went to emergency and was prescribed Lorazapam (Ativan)

  • i have it it and it just happend out of the blue it makes me cry sometimes....

  • I deal with hyperventilation too.. :(, It makes me feel stressed and tensed every day of my life, i'd love to learn to deal with this problem.. Because i want to feel relaxed again :)

  • so glad i'm not the only one.... having this HS really limits my capacity to be productive..... I really need help...... asap! :-(

  • It isn't a breathing problem. Trust me, I have asthma and Hypopnea. It's psychological, very much an anxiety-bred sort of thing.

  • yeah me to...........it almost led me to a madness.
