1 in 20 workers illegal, is it not greedy us employers mostly at fault, hire an american who wants a decent living wage and demands at least minimum standards or hire a mexican who will work for half minimum wage and work twice as long and think he is lucky to feed his family. its not the worker who is the problem its the greedy guy making the profits.

They will have to scan fingerprints to have secure identification. States will have to enforce immigration laws. Most states require that you carry identification. So not carrying identification can be a deportable offense. A identification check can be done with any offense minor or major. No more catch and release with orders to leave the country.
