NBC Nightly News 9/11/01 - Part 1 of 4

Recently, I recycled my old TiVo. It had been out of service since 2001. Before it was gone, I took a look at the programs from 2001 still stored there. Surprisingly, this Nightly News broadcast from September 11, 2001 was still there. Does my sharing of this broadcast, this piece of American history, break NBC's copyright? Perhaps it does. Perhaps NBC could be selling this piece of our lives back to us which would be their right as the people who paid the salaries of people involved in the reporting and for the cost of the equipment and facilities. Being a New Yorker who experienced the event close up though, my belief is that the event's coverage is part of our shared experience and deserves sharing. If asked, I will remove this content. Thank you.

@frodoshop all that conspiracy mean is it was more than one person.. the officially story says that arabs conspired.. it was really israelis that infiltrated the american government and help and allowed saudis and indians to carry out the attacks

I remember watching this on the news. It was all I watched that day and the weeks after. For at least the rest of the day, I kept watching the news to make sure I didn't hear my Uncle's name mentioned among those who died. Thankfully he survived. He's a New York Police Officer and he lost some of his friends in the towers. I hope America, and especially New York City never has to go through something like 9/11 ever again.

@frodoshop I am tired of it-the official conspiracy that OBL and his crew from a cave in Afghanistan along with 19 arabs with box cutters took down 3 skyscrapers in NYC and only hit 2 buildings, one plane successfully attacked the most heavily protected building in America,and the last one was forced down when the whole crew and passenger list were fighting a few guys with said box cutters but could not stop the highjacking.

and to think, Lee Harvey Oswald only had ONE magic bullet.
