It takes cojones to play it live without altering the lyrics like Robert does nowadays, because not everyone knows that the song is based on Camus' 'L'Etranger'.

I hate how all these comments seem to be aimed at the contraversial nature of the song, rather than how well than the band did. Santigold, I never knew of you before I searched up "The Cure covers" but I will certainly be searching now; I love the talent of your band members, and their enthusiasm.
