On another note, I heard a comment from a guy and his observation was that if you wanted to change global tempuratures, think of a fish tank, you add a cup of warm water to it and it will effect the temp and can shock the fish, now think of how any city near water dumps their waste water into that water, now even if it's treated so it's less toxic, they don't cool it before pumping it out, in my city our waste water is steamy=(

Nils-Axel Mörner, Ph.D. (1969) is a geologist and geophysicist. He was head of The Paleogeophysics & Geodynamics (P&G) Department at Stockholm University (1991-2005), where 10 students completed their Ph.D. and where there were numerous international guest scientists.

As secretary and later president of the INQUA Neotectonics Commission (1978-1989), and as Editor of the Neotectonics Bulletin (1978-1996), he developed the subject of Neotectonics and introduced the subject of Paleoseismicity.
