  • wenever i see anyone doing a tuck planche their knees are on the inside of their arms but wen i do mine theyre on the outside of my arms. does it matter where the knees are wen doing a tuck planche?

  • @narokuhitsugaya123 legs outside of the arms is a frog stand if the legs are resting on the arms...it's good as a progression to the tuck planche in terms of strengthening the wrists/arms, the tuck planche is with legs inside arms.

  • good work...i don't know why...but i'm not able to do a straddle planche from the tuck planche but i'm able to do a straddle planche from headstand....

  • From what I've learned on back levers and from what the gymnastics coaches at my gym have told me...it is always easier to set up the right positioning first and lower into a hold than it is to try to "create" the hold from the bottom up. Basically, strength develops from eccentric -to-> isometric -to-> concentric, so you're doing something right if you've got the eccentric part down!

  • Thanks!

  • now go in handstand !

  • did 20 sec myself on first attempt

  • tuck planche is easy!

  • big up!

  • @narokuhitsugaya123 Knees resting against arms/elbows makes it much easier. It's a beginner progression and you should start to move inwards to the point where knees are not touching arms at all (all weight on hands).

I'm currently at stage 2 and moving to stage 3 (frog stand - advanced frog stand - tuck planche) but when I move my knees in and off my elbows I can only hold for a few seconds!

  • Can you do it yet?

  • I thought I could do one, but when I actually started paying attention to the form, goddamnit, had to move back to frog stand. ._.

  • beast.

  • @ZacaTV this video isn't mine...lol
