I know it's fucked replying to a comment 2 years ago, but a bodybuilder will cut carbs while keeping water intake high, and then before the competition carb load while taking in no water in order to dehydrate and look more defined. Of course, this only works if you're not a fat piece of shit like Jason is :)

I have a question for you jason: Why do you carb up before a bodybuilding contest? Genrally the idea is to cut carbs and days the night before all food.
