The report on the BBC I heard was done in slightly mocking tone saing that it was an hour and a half late (silly old-fashioned steam train was the implication), so it was electric train failure that caused it to be late?!

I was standing on some kind of luggage trolley, then a policeman came and asked us to get off. I went down the other end of the platform to record the train leaving.
