@FPStolerated Saying anything will "die out" is a complete cop-out. Every franchise in history has gone through the phases of early success, hitting their stride, apogee, decline, and finally reinvention. That's how everything goes. It happened to Medal of Honor, it happened to Battlefield, it happened to Street Fighter, it happened to Doctor Who, it happened to Star Trek, it happened to James Bond, it happened to Batman, it happened to Spider Man, and it'll happen to everything else.

I prefer the massive epic battles of the early CoD games. The new ones are like a boring action flick with a main character who is a one man army.

@rocker1296 nah i just plain give up on cod now but ill look and see if they tried something new

'bring your popcorn...' I love this guy XD

at this point I think people are only buying call of duty because they enjoy the way it plays but hate the last game so much they want the next game to get something better (here's a hint it probably isn't getting better)

I wish Activison would stop flooding the market with CoD games i loved CoD4 and i thought that MW2 was okay at best but after MW2 i said im done with CoD because i really dont want to pay $60 a year for virtually the same game. but then again this is Activision the greediest sons of bitches in the gaming industry.

I miss the World War 2 setting that Call Of Duty was known for.

I know why CoD has gotten so much praise. Machinima CoD fanboys, IGN and other retarded review shows paid to give a good score. Also all those raging 12 year old's which think MW3 is the Bible.
anyone else noticed that whenever someone joins activision something bad happens.

The first day I played COD was on April 20th 2010. That COD was called World at War, by Treyarch and Activision. I loved the the game, not just because of the graphics, but the sounds and realism too. Then I got Black Ops. Black Ops disappointed me. It just wasn't the same as W@W with the realism and graphics. Don't get me wrong, Black Ops is a great game, but it just wasn't what I expected. And not to long ago my friend told me that, eventually, COD was gonna die out :(. Unless W@W2 was next :)
