Замечательная песенка из 70х , но поразительна похожа на какую то песню которую пели ( а может перепевали) один из наших ВИА - то ли "Веселые ребята" то ли Самоцветы. Не могу вспомнить. Может кто подскажет!
Спасибо.

@davyboy232 Yes I know they did, but what I meant to say was become a vocal group as will as the instrumentals.
-
@davekm43 they did quite a few vocal tracks in the sixties including mary anne five hundred miles and a little bitty tear

All these years later, I still say that this should have won Eurovision. Does it matter? Yes. I know that The Shadows predate The Beatles, but this is more a Beatles than a Shadows sound. I couldn't see how it couldn't win at the time. Musically, Teach In's song is good and quick and catchy, but this one has the substance, surely. Rarely played now, which is a shame.

Didnt Creme Brulee do the original? Crème Brulee did the Eurovision Song Contest in 1981, and was nearly signed to Pickwick in '76. Their big hit was "Voodoo Lady"
-
rare vocal for a reason; they preferred to hit the 'twang" which is what The Shadows were always known for. Yeah Go Shadows...
