Well, I can't forget Meryl Streep, she's the only one who can do anything as an actress, and she's the only one who can reach the level of Bette! They both are simply MARVELLOUS! ♥

Katharine Hepburn was offered the award before Bette Davis but she declined. Bette, awards-hungry as she was, didn't.

A great speech by the greatest film actress, but why oh why did you have to leave Jane Fonda on the clip? Should have ended with Davis exit.
