cities get all the best boxing clubs deprived areas maybe but in the country we had to use a home made ring and string for ropes id love for there to be proper gyms with prper coaches in smaller towns . bet the coaches here have been there and done it

@stezenc frank warren did the video but if you want i will post one for you but you must watch my first video and comment then i will paint the lines in the park and show you and its all about co ordination not so much the lines, the lines just give you more flare, instead of learning to slugg like hatton you learn to move like jones jr, you should just watch the footwork of great boxers and practice all styles then you will find your true style, i bounce around shadow boxing and dancing alltime

lol that old lady is a charity case used to train there and give her my subs. all she does is sit down in a arm chair all day, she apparently trains the amateurs.LMAO
