It's 2017 in an old busy city where there's barely anything going on, no birds are singing, no laughs and screams of children are to be found, it's almost like it's dead. One of the main characters, Mark, is one of the people living in this downtown. He hears from a friend of his, who works in the media, that there are now special things called 'Dream Pods' placed in a special centre somewhere in the city. It's one of Mark's wishes to get partnered with someone else and takes a look at the machines. It's ONE big system where people from all over the world are placed in the pods connect in the same dream. It's almost like a simulation, but far more real than that. Whatever overcomes you in the dream world called Insurrectum Domus will affect you in real life. But the project system gets overrun by hackers and glitches, and chaos breaks out in Insurrectum Domus. It's up to Mark to get out of there alive.
