I use TalkTalk as my ISP in the UK, their call centers are in South Africa, my home country. And this is pretty much what I get, then when I speak in Afrikaans (SA language they tell me please not to try speak from a phrase book, erm my Afrikaans is betterthan my English LOL

That's just kinda pathetic and desperate. It doesn't say anywhere that they are doing any of those things. really, the only one in the wrong here is YOU for not having a sense of humor. and this isn't preventing them from working in any way, shape or form. so your argument in invalid.

they are just doing their job, they aren't stealing for you nor raping or killing, stealing....let them work so they can feed their families. This type of jokes are really bad for people who speak a foreign language and the funny thing is that those who laugh about other are usually those who do not speak a second language.
