DBZ:BT3 full RED POTARA CE cheat tables for PCSX2 (both NTSC/PAL)

My old movie wasn't easy for newbies, this one will, especially with included files as I made CHEAT TABLE for ALL chars, used cheat engine and emulator, but included also save games for US/EU versions for lazy people.

OK let's start by turning your fav music, couse I left the movie without any sound as we all like different music and mute youtube everytime we hear some *censored*. Heheh.

The movie itself is pretty self-explanatory, it shows how to add ANY red potara you want to ANY slot you want of ANY character you want using pcsx2 emu AND Cheat Engine with my cheat table available for download:

Included: Text file with lots of stuff explained, cheat table file to use with cheat engine and backup of memory card with saves for US/EU versions of the game.

Like you can see you can quickly change ALL potaras for every character easily and fast using my cheat table, also some red potaras can make the game harder soo it's not just for some "lame cheaters". It's actually usefull and fun to try.

PS. If you noticed graphic glitch at ability limit then you have good eye, it's there couse well it's from a game on modified save which had this limit tweaked a bit - and yeah - if you use this save you'll be able to add a few of 3-4 lvl normal potaras easily.
Also I forgot to mention in the movie, but it's quite obvious that you can also set up any normal potaras on one character and then copy it to others very easily using my cheat table. Menaging potaras never been easier I guess.

In case you got just 1 cheat table in downloaded file or got it from someone else who downloaded it from me before and it doesn't work for you, redownload it from new links as I added full support for both NTSC(US) and PAL(Multi5 EU) versions of this game in two different and properly named cheat tables now.

Added 8' slot for potara as I found out strategy type slot can be used for any potara with my cheat table. Also tested alot of Red Potaras and changed their descriptions in the included file. After some testing I changed slightly my set of red potara too, but it doesn't change gameplay as shown in my other movies. Just add a bit of hp, and one normal potara for some added bonus.

Also if you have any other version of this game(for example japanese) for which none of my cheat tables works as I don't have it and can't check, eventually(if you're willing to help by checking some values yourself by my instructions) you can write to me, and we'll see what we can do about adding another cheat table for your version.

*But if you do have one of the versions I already included and just are a person with very low brain processing power that needs help in running emulator or cheat engine itself, please don't write to me with it and use their proper forums or something.

Also please don't claim my files as your own or you'll be one shoted by Hercule, and then massacred by Arale or any other stup... famous characters from this game. Sure it wasn't hard for me to do, but it took a few minutes of typing character names, descriptions in the file and testing everything to work nicely. Made it for myself, but I'm nice enough to share, be nice enough and not claim it then otherwise if I improve it in any way or do something else, I'll just keep it for myself.

Generalnie widziałem, iż mój pierwszy filmik pokazujący jak odnaleźć poszczególne sloty by podmieniać kolczyki był oglądany przez całkiem sporą liczbę polaków, więc dodam może skrócony opis po polsku bo z tego co wiem nasz kochany tkwiący w średniowieczu naród nie zawsze radzi sobie z j. angielskim.

Ponoć jednak też uznajemy sami siebie za bardzo inteligentny naród, więc jeśli powiem w skrócie(a przynajmniej jednym potwornie długim zdaniem), iż wystarczy odpalić grę spod pcsx2, uruchomić Cheat Engine w którym to otwieramy process emulatora oraz tabelę cheatów z mojego pliczku (linki do ściągnięcia powyżej) do odpowiedniej wersji gry i w niej wpisujemy sobie kolczyki w myśl formatu jaki przedstawiłem w dołączonym pliku tekstowym, który zawiera również ich listę to sobie chyba poradzicie.;P
Jest to kompletne przemodelowanie gry, która staje się po prostu inna, w sam raz jeśli komuś normalna rozgrywka zaczyna się powoli nudzić. W prosty sposób można też skopiować własny custom z jednej postaci na wiele.

@zoso9391 to be exact effects are stored around 9 bytes before hp value(well I got my halo code 9 bytes before hp, but there are lots of other values there) not really sure how exactly are they stored there, but you could potentially browse memory around it in Cheat Engine in duel mode comparing how it looks with different potara sets as that should be around same place(placed from char hp) in story mode. Well good luck if you try.

@zoso9391 Theoretically it's possible to add effects of the potara as they're stored during the fight some bytes before each char hp, such way I added halo to non-story modes. Unfortunately like I mentioned cheating in story mode is a b!tch to make, is it possible to add effects of whole set of potara such way is unknown to me, and all the codes would need to be turned ON/OFF during the time of the correct fight, to avoid bugs. Personally I prefer to spend my free time playing Skyrim now;O.

@zoso9391 well story mode is a bit of a b!tch when it comes to cheats, as values are stored in different memory place for different battles and what's also sucks, the same space can be used for other data between those fights and different for every language/voice option, making it very nasty to just freeze the value and forget. Only sure perm and fun for the end user way would be modding the iso, but no skilled modding comunity rised over this game and there isn't any reliable info about it.

I watch almost all of your vids about what I'm looking for. If the above is just NOT possible, I have a red potara combination I would like to add to certain characters. But I would like to put them in STORY MODE. Could I explain exactly what I want to, and you would do it quickly and I would incorporate it to my game (or save, whatever it works).

If not (which I hope not), may I ask a quick explanation how to hack story mode potaras myself?

@zoso9391 Okey. Just read the whole .txt you put in the .rar to dowload. It's not possible to do what I ask for with this, BUT do you know how to modified things. I mean, what I asked, IS in the game. I saw it and like doing it. But it takes time. So, is it possible to copy that part I'm asking for, and put it somewhere (in a potara, or in a difficulty setting)?

I want to hack, but not a red potara, I want to hack the purple potaras (the ones which make CPU act different).

I want to make the CPU Z-counter everything (even my ZC) without missing. Is it even possible by this method?
