there's nothing 'gay' about cricket - in the negative sense. but it's a beautiful, complex sport - supported by clever people who generally hate football and don't read murdoch's papers. the only 'gay' thing - in my experience of cricket (about 20 years) is that supporters don't make ridiculous judgements about their fellow men - based on nonsensical quasi-christian/islamist prejudice.
in short - cricket fans (in england, australia, NZ, SA) are clever and love the world's most complex game.

@MrWhiskeykid2 NFL is not gay..but it does not come anywhere near Rugby League.. It is fun to play, but it's just not that big of a sport unless people know what they're doing, but where I come from, we don't usually watch NFL, I know pretty much every single rule, but most people don't so it's no fun.
But there's nothing like NRL up here, watch State of Origin..if you know what that is, the best atmosphere ever.
